Tender description

The University of Limerick (UL) wishes to establish a multi-party framework to source and appoint suitably qualified and experienced partner(s) with detailed student information technology system (SITS) expertise that can work within the existing tactical stabilisation programme, with UL and its Strategic partner, supporting the programme objectives. The services required are as follows: 1) provide general advice and application consulting on the best use of the SITS system; 2) configuration of SITS in line with the University’s needs and to support improvement in processes and services to students and staff; 3) development of software changes (including functional and technical documentation in line with best practice standards) where required; 4) assist in the transfer of knowledge to the University IT team and Subject Matter Experts.
