Business Excellence (Lean Ops Management) and Process Improvement Methods designed to deliver: • a consistent thought process and language throughout Affinity Water; • an internal Lean Six Sigma and Lean Ops Management capability at various levels; • an improved level of efficiency and effectiveness across the organisation through the use of internal capability; • delivery of improvement activity to support long term goals of the Affinity Water Lean Transformation; • sustainable operational expenditure improvement across all departments where operational excellence has been deployed.
