AMP7 delivery partner — asset management and project management and assurance. Asset management activities including (but not limited to): • strategic asset studies and solution development; • engineering input to operational issues such as sludge, energy, and carbon; • data analysis and associated work. Engineering activities including (but not limited to): • civils, mechanical, electrical, ICA (instrumentation, control, and automation) and process works; • specialist input on geotechnical, structural, and hydro; • environmental, archaeological, land and planning liaison; • CDM (construction and design management), CAD (computer-aided design) and BIM (building information modelling) services; • treatment works open channel flow modelling, using relevant software (e.g. HADES); • management of surveys and investigations. The scope is as follows: Construction project management activities covering management of all project activities across the end-to-end life cycle of a project to achieve and exceed time, cost, and quality targets Process Commissioning and Handover Assurance activities including (but not limited to): • process commissioning and handover covering both water and waste water; • creation and management of comprehensive assurance plan; • identification and mitigation of risks, environmental constraints; etc • management of asset standards, meeting requirements, exceeding targets, and problem solving. Technical and Construction Assurance activities including (but not limited to): • auditing and assurance; • site supervisors for high risk work; • technical governance; • SHEQ (safety, health, environment, and quality) and CDM assurance.
