The 3 Counties Energy Agency 3CEA (Contracting Authority) is issuing this PIN for participates in a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) on its own behalf and on behalf of other agencies and public bodies. The DPS will be coordinated and managed by 3CEA. Lot 2 of the DPS will provide Works contracts for the delivery of energy efficiency, renewable energy, retrofitting works and project management.
