Tender description
A bus is required to continue the operation of route 42/42a in Reading currently running from Kenavon Drive to Central Reading and Rivermead Leisure Center. This service currently runs Monday – Saturday day times using one bus. The current vehicle is a small 20 seater due to initial route access difficulties. The future contract vehicle would benefit from being larger than 20 seats minimum and may be required to operate on an extended route beyond the current route termini.
