Tender description

Supply and delivery of 1 000 000 disposable aprons. The Housing Executive used the procedure described in Regulation 32(2)(c) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 to obtain prices from six suppliers of protective clothing to ensure continuity of essential services during the current Covid-19 outbreak. Due to the urgency and current shortages with PPE the requirement was not advertised in the OJEU. The contract was awarded to the lowest cost compliant tender.
