Early market engagement for the provision of schools payroll services. Schools payroll work is not core business for Essex County Council (ECC), however we are now seeking to understand potential options from the market and how this work can be delivered. As part of early market engagement ECC wishes to invite suppliers to express an interest in delivering this service to schools, where we would like to share our vision and gain valuable feedback from the market. It is anticipated that meetings will be held virtually with interested parties and will take place week commencing 29 June 2020. ECC wishes to invite you to express an interest in providing this service. Please send your expression of interest to graeme.lennon@essex.gov.uk no later than 18 June 2020. Where you have not previously expressed an interest, please include a brief outline of your experience in the market for provision of this service. Where you have previously expressed an interest based on a previous notice, please simply confirm you are still interested in providing this service.
