Tender description

Devon County Council is developing a new Enterprise Centre to serve northern Devon, on land that it owns on the outskirts of Barnstaple, with funding secured from the European Regional Development Fund and the Local Growth Fund. The Council wishes to appoint an operator of the Enterprise Centre (the Operator). The Operator will provide building management services and business support services both to tenants of the building and other beneficiaries classed as an eligible beneficiaries (as defined in the Operator Agreement) to receive ERDF-funded support. The Operator will be expected to work closely with the Council to ensure that the Council is able to deliver against the requirements of its funding agreements.
