Tender description

Rochdale BC requires a Contractor for the provision of Telecare Monitoring and Response Services. The Council are looking for one organisation to deliver both monitoring and response as part of its core business, however, consideration will be given to bids from a lead provider, who is working in partnership with the provider of one of the elements of the service. The partnership must be robust and the lead provider be able to demonstrate the effectiveness of the partnership. Evidence of a formal partnership must be submitted with the tender bid, e.g. signed partnership agreement. Bids will not be accepted for either monitoring or response as separate contracts.
