Tender description

The contracting authority has a varying need for consultancy services for organisation development and adjoining areas. The contracting authority's objective with this tender contest is to enter into framework agreements with suppliers that can secure access to relevant qualified competence with a high availability in the specialist area. The contracting authority shall enter into a parallel framework agreement with three (3) tenderers, provided that there is a sufficient number of suitable tenders. The assignments will be divided between the framework agreement parties in accordance with the division mechanism described in the contract. The framework agreement period is 2 years. The contracting authority must have the option to extend the framework agreement for a further 1 year + 1 year, altogether a maximum of 4 years. The expected value (call-off) in the framework agreement period including options, based on historical call-offs and estimated anticipations is NOK 15 million -NOK 25 million.
