Tender description

The contracting authority are providing early notification of a requirement to provide forensic analysis of hydrocarbon oil samples (primarily diesel) for identifying government rebated fuel markers and illegal laundering agents, with results provided electronically to the contracting authority. Where results are used in court cases the supplier will be required to provide a witness statement and act as an expert witness. This requirement also includes the supply of forensically secure testing equipment for use by the contracting authority's officers, and other testing equipment e.g. chemicals and laboratory equipment
