Tender description

Contractors are invited to tender for the construction of a two-storey office block, on a green field site. The proposed construction consists of strip foundations, masonry walls with concrete band beams at wall plate level and a prefabricated timber trussed roof. An extensive mechanical & electrical package comprises of air to water heat pumps coupled with under floor heating. The development also consists of the formation of new carparking areas and the like. It should also be noted that it is paramount that the tendering contractor is in a position to commence works on site immediately following appointment and moreover has such resources available to meet the pertinent handover dates. Infection Control / COVID 19 - The PSCS / Contractor shall prepare a H&S statement demonstrating measures that will be put in place to ensure that works can be carried out in accordance CIF Standard Operating Procedures as well as confirming measures to be taken to monitor these processes.
