Tender description

Fife Council has a requirement for the provision of lifts and ceiling hoist installations within domestic and non-domestic properties. The requirement includes installation, maintenance and servicing (including existing stock), removal and relocation of lifts and hoist. There will also be a requirement for Loler checks. Loler Certification for through floor lifts, tracked hoists and external lifts. Supply, installation, removal and relocation, servicing and maintenance of through floor lifts for both new and existing stock in domestic and non-domestic properties. Supply, installation, removal and relocation, servicing and maintenance/call outs of external step lifts, external platform lifts and external straight stair lifts for both new and existing stock in domestic and non-domestic properties. Supply, installation, removal and relocation, servicing and maintenance/call outs of ceiling tracking hoists (fixed and room cover) for both new and existing stock in domestic and non-domestic properties.
