Radian are seeking to put into place a works contractors framework agreement to undertake construction works on the development programme on sites throughout the South of England. We are looking for a wide range and number of partners who will be able to work with us to deliver our future programme. Schemes range in size from a few individual homes through to 100 plus homes on an individual site. Radian has a development strategy to deliver 10 000 new homes in the period to 2030. The development programme will involve a proportion of section 106 developer led projects and land led opportunities requiring the services of contractors.
