9930 - Housing maintenance & improvement works programme - structural repairs and replacement stairs - AWARD

Tender description

Norwich City Council requires a single supplier to provide structural maintenance and repair works to tenanted low-rise properties. Maintenance and repair works are required to a range of structural defects. The works are across three blocks of flats at different locations within the city boundary. The works comprise the following types of works: Repairs to pre-cast concrete stairs. Design, supply and installation of steel stairs and concrete foundations. Repairs to reinforced concrete access decks/landings and soffits including localised concrete repairs, corrosion inhibitors, protective coatings and waterproof deck membranes. Replacement of railings/balustrading to access decks/landings and staircases with new galvanised steel railings and 'warm feel' handrails.
