The purpose of these contracts are to provide the following services for Halton Borough Council owned and managed buildings within the borough: — planned preventative maintenance, — reactive breakdown, — repair and replacement services, — new works. Building: — planned preventative maintenance, — reactive breakdown, — repair and replacement services, — new works.
