A framework to deliver Network Homes' development programme. It is intended to split the framework into 4 lots. Lot 1: up to GBP 10 m; Lot 2: GBP 10 m to 35 m; Lot 3: over GBP 35 m; and Lot 4: Construction Management services. Network Homes is setting up a framework for its development department to use for building new homes. It will mainly be for new build housing, but there may be some regeneration schemes. Lot 1 is for D&B works contracts up to GBP 10 million. Network Homes is setting up a framework for its Development department to use for building new homes.
