Delivery of Early Learning and Childcare (ELC) Scottish Vocational (SVQ's) and University/College qualifications. Alongside ELC Core training courses and other relevant professional learning. Delivery of this work based qualification to those working as support workers in Early Learning and Childcare settings across Aberdeenshire (including local authority, private and voluntary sector employers). Delivery of this work based qualification to those working as practitioners in early learning and childcare settings across Aberdeenshire (including local authority, private and voluntary sector employers). Delivery of this work based qualification to those working as lead practitioners in early learning and childcare settings across Aberdeenshire (including local authority, private or voluntary sector employers). Delivery of this work based qualification to those working as support workers in mainly Out of School Care settings across Aberdeenshire (including local authority, private and voluntary sector employers). Delivery of this work based qualification to those working as practitioners in mainly Out of School Care across Aberdeenshire (including local authority, private and voluntary sector employers). Delivery of this work based qualification to those working as lead practitioners/managers in mainly Out of School Care across Aberdeenshire (including local authority, private and voluntary sector employers). Delivery of degree level qualification to those working in early learning and childcare as practitioners/lead practitioners, managers and senior practitioners in settings across Aberdeenshire (including local authority, private and voluntary sector employers). Delivery of this degree level professional development award in childhood practice to those working as lead practitioners and managers in early learning and childcare settings across Aberdeenshire (including local authority, private and voluntary sector employers). Delivery of additional SVQ units to practitioners, leads and managers working in early learning and childcare settings to enable them to add SCQF credit to that which they already have. To enable them to either undertake the PDA in Childhood Practice at SCQF Level 9 or transfer a different sector award to adapt to working in another sector. Delivery of accredited management and leadership programmes/qualifications to those working in lead roles in early learning and childcare across Aberdeenshire (including local authority, private and voluntary sector employers). Delivery of work based award for childminders. Delivery of face to face child protection training to new employees working in early learning and childcare settings across Aberdeenshire (including local authority, private and voluntary sector) employers. Delivery of refresher child protection training to those working in early learning and childcare already familiar with this subject. As a workshop across Aberdeenshire and/or using an online web based programme with course assessment. Delivery of a designated child protection officer course to those in lead/managerial roles in early learning and childcare settings across Aberdeenshire (including local authority, private and voluntary sector employers). Delivery of an Emergency First Aid at Work (paediatric focus) training course using either a face to face or blended learning delivery model to those working in early learning and childcare across Aberdeenshire (including local authority, private and voluntary sector employers. Delivery of the full 7 hour Royal Environmental Health Institute for Scotland Elementary Food Hygiene Training Course (or equivalent). To those support, practitioner and lead/manager staff working in early learning and childcare across Aberdeenshire (including local authority, private and voluntary sector employers). Delivery of the food hygiene refresher course either Royal Environmental Health Institute for Scotland (REHIS) or equivalent, to staff working across Aberdeenshire in early learning and childcare settings. Delivery of REHIS (or equivalent) elementary prevention and control of Infection training to staff working in early learning and childcare settings across Aberdeenshire (including local authority, private and voluntary sector employers). Delivery of how to undertake and record benefit and risk assessments, specifically related to working in the early learning and childcare sector across Aberdeenshire (including local authority, private and voluntary sector employers). Delivery of a training course on how to understand and put into practice the health and social care standards: my life, my support in relation to the early learning and childcare sector. To staff working across Aberdeenshire (including local authority, private and voluntary sector employers). Delivery of workshop style training on understanding the guidance, along with possible practical applications in early learning and childcare settings across Aberdeenshire (including local authority, private and voluntary sector employers). Delivery of a workshop style training course covering legislation relating to handling objects/equipment etc., at work, including practical applications of lifting and handling objects in the correct manner. Delivery of the theoretical and practical applications of outdoor learning for children and young people to early learning and childcare professionals working across Aberdeenshire (including local authority, private and voluntary sector employers). Delivery of training to practitioners and leads working in early learning and childcare across Aberdeenshire, around introducing and developing outdoor environments and understanding of ecology with children and young people. Will include local authority, private and voluntary sector employers.
