Vehicle-fleet management services

Tender description

The provision of fleet management services to Ervia will operate on a single supplier framework. The contract term is proposed for a period of 5 years with an option to extend by a further 2 years (1 + 1). The appointed Fleet Management Company (FMC) will administer and manage the entire Ervia fleet including maintenance, 24/7 breakdown service, motor tax, fuel cards, toll tags, accident management, disposals, short term hires, training, fleet advisory services and telematics. The FMC will utilise the Ervia Fleet Management Software System (FMSS). The FMSS will store and process all data relevant to the administration, management and maintenance of the entire Ervia fleet. Ervia nominated personnel will have unlimited access to all fleet data, administration and management, The awarded FMC supplier resources will be supervised, audited and report directly to nominated Ervia Fleet Management Personnel.
