The service and maintenance of domestic lifts (Disabled Access Equipment) across the Clarion portfolio. Includes stair lifts/hoists and platform or through floor lifts — the latter take between one passenger wheelchair — five passengers, and are used in buildings of 2-4 storeys. The service and maintenance of domestic lifts (Disabled Access Equipment) across the Clarion portfolio for the North and the East of England and North London. This will consist of approximately 920 assets which will need services every 6 months. Includes stair lifts/hoists and platform or through floor lifts — the latter take between one passenger wheelchair — five passengers, and are used in buildings of 2-4 storeys. They travel at a rate of less than 0.15 m/s. They can be hydraulic or electric. This will consist of approximately 843 assets which will need services every 6 months. Includes stair lifts/hoists and platform or through floor lifts — the latter take between one passenger wheelchair — five passengers, and are used in buildings of 2-4 storeys. They travel at a rate of less than 0.15 m/s. They can be hydraulic or electric.
