Tender description

The Local Enterprise Office Cork North and West (hereinafter referred to as the LEO) serves as a first stop shop to provide support and services to start, grow and develop micro enterprises in the Cork North and West regions. Our training seminars, workshops and programmes are aimed at providing the owner/manager and/or employees within a micro-enterprise to upskill and to learn the necessary skills across a number of areas to assist with the start-up and growth of their businesses. We have designed a range of training services which we wish to deliver over the next 24 months – January 2020 until December 2021. Costing and pricing seminar. — search engine optimisation seminar, — Google tools for online businesses seminar, — planning a website seminar, — trading online voucher information seminar, — cyber security workshop. — how to create online marketing video on a budget seminar, — Facebook marketing beginners seminar, — Facebook advertising seminar, — Instagram marketing seminar, — LinkedIn for business seminar. — content creation seminar, — sales and marketing programme, — branding seminar, — communication seminar. How to write a winning tender seminar. Women in business programme Description: To demonstrate how to broaden and develop knowledge in the areas of: strategy, finance, business planning, raising money, marketing, sales, branding, public relations, pitching and the business plan. Audience: female small business owner/managers trading with 12 months plus. Numbers: A minimum of 2 programmes per annum. One to one Mentoring at our standard mentoring rate of 58 EUR an hour will be part of this programme. Clients will be offered up to 6 hours maximum of one to one mentoring, for the duration of the programme. The mentoring will take place at the training venue. EI001 Exporting internationally Description: To include export ready assessment, market research, financial, regulatory and BREXIT challenges. Audience: Small business owner/managers. Numbers: A minimum of 4 programmes per annum.
