Tender description

The contract is to provide a maintenance service to door gate and barrier installations at designated buildings around the force. The contract will provide for planned preventative maintenance, reactive (repair) maintenance and improvement/alteration activities. The range of equipment covered under this contract consists of the following: 1) Automatic door equipment (a) automatic sliding doors; (b) automatic folding doors; (c) disabled person door operators; (d) automatic door operators. 2) Traffic barriers (a) traffic barriers, keypads, card readers and intercoms. 3) Gates and roller shutters; 4) Enquiry counter shutters; 5) Moveable walls/room partitions; 6) Coded locks — number changes and replacement mechanisms but no maintenance.
