School cleaning services

Tender description

The successful supplier will be required to provide cleaning services for Southport Learning Trust at the following schools: — Greenbank High School; — Stanley High School; — Kew Woods Primary School; — Maghull High School. The contract will be for 3 years with the option to extend for a further 2 years. Southport Learning Trust is a multi academy trust currently consisting of 3 academies all located in the Southport area of North West — England. There are 2 high schools and 1 primary school. Maghull High School is due to join the Trust in September 2020. — Greenbank High School — 1012 pupils, — Stanley High School — 608 pupils, — Kew Woods Primary School — 428 pupils, — Maghull High School — 1349 pupils. The Trust is looking for a cleaning provider who is experienced in providing cleaning services to the education sector. The successful supplier will be expected to uphold high cleaning standards, demonstrate a strong commitment to monitoring standards and providing a high level of contract support. Please note there will be some employees in the local government pension scheme, therefore admitted body status will be expected. Contract value = 398 000 GBP per annum approx. across the 4 schools.
