This PIN is to inform operators that Business Services Organisation (BSO), Procurement and Logistics Service (PaLS), intends to issue a tender for the maintenance of vehicles on behalf of Northern Health and Social Care Trust (Client). Potential tenderers for the maintenance of vehicles for the Northern Health and Social Care Trust will need to register their business on the website www.eTendersNI.gov.uk Go to ‘Suppliers new to eTendersNI’ and follow the registration process. Potential tenderers will be required to register against the relevant CPV codes applicable to them and to ensure they receive email alerts regarding specific areas of interest. If already registered potential tenderers should review their contact details to ensure the information is up to date. The contractor will be required to provide maintenance, scheduled service and inspection, scheduled repair, unscheduled repair, safety inspection, attendance to vehicle breakdowns, scheduling and preparation of all vehicles and the presentation of vehicles for testing by the Driver and Vehicle Agency (DVA).
