GB-London: Building best practice and innovation in combined authority communications

Tender description

This commission will seek to understand and capture emerging best practice and innovation taking place within combined authorities' external and internal communications activities. This is likely to entail consultation and engagement with combined authorities and relevant external stakeholders at the bidder's suggestion to identify potential case studies and outline further opportunities to develop innovation in this area. It is envisaged that the key output from this piece of work will be an online resource highlighting good practice and innovation, backed by examples or evidence of effectiveness where available. The LGA will develop the online resource and populate with content to be produced by the provider.
