External support to undertake an Independent Evaluation of the Manuela Project for Túsla, the Child and Family Agency

Túsla, the Child and Family Agency, seeks suitably qualified external support to undertake an independent evaluation of the ground-breaking Manuela Project, subject to ethical approval. The evaluation will comprise analysis of data from a selection of project sites – schools, Youthreach, other youth settings. The evaluation will also include a qualitative analysis of the experience of the project by young people and teachers. Túsla anticipates the succesful tenderer to assign of 1 or more personnel to this evaluation; however, the allocation of each wholetime equivalent (WTE) may comprise the skills of more than one person to provide an appropriate mix of skills to best meet the requirement of the evaluation. The service provider will be required to interact with relevant personnel from Túsla and other relevant key stakeholders in order to complete the review and deliver the report within 18 months of the agreed commencement date. It is envisaged that that commencement date will be no later than 31st July 2018, unless otherwise agreed.
