Early Market Engagement - Who Speclialist Work With You'll be expected to work with the following: - Scrum Master, Service Managers (Product Owners) and Team (incl. BAs, UI/UX, Test Lead, Front End and Full Stack Developers, Ops) Stakeholders such as: - Trainees (of the medical, dental, pharmacy and healthcare science profession) - (Hospital) Trust administrators and managers - Business Managers and subject experts - Others involved in the education and training of the multi professional healthcare workforce Third party suppliers - Legacy and future suppliers What Specialists Work On A Business Analyst is needed to work in an agile team on the discovery of user needs, analysis, support solution design, implementation and delivery of a Revalidation application within the Trainee Information System (TIS) using a user-centred approach. This will focus on a refactor and possible redesign on an existing Revalidation application which is no longer fit for purpose The Business Analyst will document systems integration aspects; ensure the solution is documented, versioned and designed using a user centred approach and following the GDS Service Standard. Skills & Experience • Evidence of experience in Business Analysis - gathering needs and analysing information using comprehensive tools and techniques • Evidence of ability to map business processes and data flow from source to target according to the data and development lifecycle • Process re-design and optimisation and mapping of user journeys. Producing As-Is and To-Be business process models. • Experience of working with both traditional and modern interfaces and systems integration, to document proposals for possible solutions and drive the solution of choice with the developers and others. • Evidence of strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to communicate and build relationships effectively with a broad range of people, both verbally and in writing • Demonstrable experience of working with development teams in an Agile delivery setup, creating BDD style User Stories, maintaining and prioritising Product backlog and roadmap with Product Owners. • Demonstrable experience of acting as conduit between development team and stakeholders in translating requirements into both technical and non-technical speak/language to facilitate communications and engagement. • Demonstrable experience in writing acceptance criteria, carrying out acceptance testing to validate technical designs and developments. The contract is advertised at three months. There is a possibility that a contract could be extended by a further 25% as allowed in the template contracts. 6. The number of specialists to evaluate is stated as 3, however the format of this application appears to allow us to put just one of our specialists and their relevant skills and experience forward. Please clarify. Each supplier is only able to submit one application/submission. The reference to evaluating three submissions means that HEE will look at a minimum of three submissions (if they pass the identified criteria).
