Tender description

The Office for National Statistics seek the provision of a personal resilience programme for employees based at their Newport and Titchfield site. This procurement was conducted through non-OJEU open competition. The services provided under the contract are provision of a personal resilience programme for employees based at ONS’ Newport and Titchfield site. The outcomes ONS wish to achieve as a result of the programme are: • a reduction in staff turnover or stress related absenteeism within the cohorts put through the programme; • an increase in staff engagement and satisfaction within the cohorts put through the programme; • to empower individuals with low levels of resilience with the tools and techniques required to better support themselves; • to ensure staff put through the programme are signposted to more sustainable clinical support where suitable.
