Tender description

The Council requires an experienced Programme Manager who can quickly and easily understand the Council’s new cloud environment, the wider WMBC organisation, and of course the Walsall Proud Programme (WPP). The Programme Manager will be responsible for: — providing and applying overarching Programme Management and Governance to the WPP work streams within ICTs remit, — ensuring a Service Channel Management System is delivered to the WPP timescales, — ensuring a Customer Relationship Management system is delivered to the WPP timescales, — ensuring a Card Payments system is delivered to the WPP timescales, — ensuring all systems delivered as part of the ET work stream are integrated both into business operations and business systems.
