Tender description

Data collection via telephonic survey of n= 500 members of the general public of Scotland weekly for 4 months. Weekly data set delivery to the University of Aberdeen for a period of 4 months. This activity is required to support delivery of a research study: protecting population physical and mental health during the corona virus pandemic: a representative national weekly survey to understand changes, which has been awarded funding by the Scottish Government Chief Scientist Office Rapid Response Covid-19 RARC-19. This funding scheme is to support studies which will have a short term (3-6 m) impact on the pandemic and studies were selected on the basis of this likely short term impact, as well as, their ability for a rapid start. Direct award of this contract has been used due to Covid-19 related reasons in line with Reg 33(1)(c) and guidance provided in SPPN 04.
