Request for Applications for Appointment to a Multi-Party Framework for Plumbing Works/Services for Limerick City and County Council.

Tender description

Limerick City and County Council are establishing a multi-party framework of service providers for plumbing works/services. The works/service is divided into four Lots and applicants can indicate their preferred geographic area. Lot 1, Plumbing Services Planned and Emergency/Out-of-Hours plumbing works - including the installation, maintenance, servicing, repair, replacement, inspection, commissioning, testing, certification of water, sanitary, drainage and rain-water systems. Lot 2, Plumbing Services (including works with oil boiler) As for Lot 1 but including services associated with the competent work with oil-fired burning devices (staff are registered to carry out such works with the Oil Firing Technical Association (OFTEC) or equivalent) Lot 3, Plumbing Services (including works with gas boilers) As for Lot 1 but including services associated with the competent work as a full Registered Gas Installer on the list of the Register of Gas Installers of Ireland (RGII), as designated by the Commission for Energy Regulation (CER). Lot 4, Plumbing Services (including works on heat pumps) As for Lot 1 but including services associated with the competent work on heat pumps in compliance with IS EN 142761:2020, IS EN 1427-2:2020, IS EN 378-4:2016+A1:2019 and IS EN 14825:2018. Any personnel will have be able to demonstrate competency in terms of the above references and have undertaken manufacturer specific training in relation to those products.
