Tender description
Supply and delivery of up to 19 000 infection control suits. The Housing Executive used the procedure described in Regulation 32(2)(c) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 to obtain prices from seven suppliers of protective clothing to ensure staff were able to continue to provide essential public services during the current Covid-19 outbreak. Due to the urgency and current shortages with PPE the requirement was not advertised in the OJEU. The contract was awarded to the lowest cost compliant tender.
