Tender description

The Labour and Welfare Department (Norwegian abbreviation: NAV), c/o the IT department calls for tenders where the aim is to enter into a framework agreement with an approved partner of the Atlassian system. The framework agreement includes the purchase and maintenance of Atlassian software licenses and third-party supplementary software from the Atlassian Marketplace (plug-ins), as well as advisory services, courses and training related to the software included in the agreement. The framework agreement must ensure the contracting authority flexibility for covering the current and new requirements for software and services from Atlassian and third-party providers. The contracting authority expects an increased use of cloud services and is continuously evaluating the new technology. The framework agreement must give the contracting authority access to a high-quality and updated market and technology competence. The tenderer must comply with the requirements for the function as our partner related to Atlassian products, which includes: — obtain terms and clarifications on the Atlassian software and related third-party software and any cloud services (Saas) that are offered for use in NAV; — contribute to the management of the contracting authority's agreements and licenses for standard software and cloud services; — provide consultancy services regarding license questions; — secure optimal licensing and prices that are appropriate in the market; — contribute to advisory and consultancy services; — contribute to implementing certification courses.
