Tender description

Cumbria County Council is undertaking a tender process for services to deliver reactive, statutory and planned maintenance. The Council are seeking to appoint new contractors for the provision of services from 1 June 2020 to 31 March 2022 with an option for further 2 single year extensions to 31 March 2024. The contract is divided into 4 individual lots as described below: Lot 1. Carlisle/Eden/South Lakes – Building Fabric Reactive and Minor Works. Lot 2. Allerdale/Copeland/Barrow – Building Fabric Reactive and Minor Works. Lot 3. Carlisle/Eden/South Lakes – Mechanical and Electrical Reactive, Statutory and Planned Maintenance. Lot 4. Allerdale/Copeland/Barrow – Mechanical and Electrical Reactive, Statutory and Planned Maintenance. Lot 1: Carlisle/Eden/South Lakes – Building Fabric Reactive and Minor Works Cumbria County Council (‘the Council’) seeks to appoint a competent service provider for the undertaking of works associated with reactive, statutory and planned maintenance for electrical and mechanical and building fabric for the Council’s Corporate Properties (Sites) in Cumbria. The Council are seeking to appoint new contractor(s) for the provision of services from 1 June 2020 to 31 March 2022 with an option for further 2 single year extensions to 31 March 2024. Bids can be submitted for one or more lots. The ITT document outlines how the evaluation will be completed.
