Provision of Primary Care Development Support (March 2020)

Tender description

The Service AGCSU seeks a suitably qualified and experienced Supplier to support it in further developing, iterating, and producing a robust and comprehendible strategic approach to its primary care at scale service. This will include creating new market opportunities for the CSU, identifying and developing new relationships with relevant organisations who are key players within Primary Care and provide hands on support for this. The Supplier must be able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of: - PCNs and primary care at scale, the current service specifications and contract requirements - An Integrated Care System context - Key drivers in primary care which underpin the need for a service such as this - Marketing and engagement techniques for key internal and external stakeholders - The CSU's operating landscape, and the context within which the CSU operates, both in local systems and the strategic national context - PCN funding arrangements, both existing and future, and opportunities to access and bid against this Future Primary Care Network challenges and some new approaches / thinking to avoid these
