Developed by a team of senior private and public sector stakeholders through the Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s Regional Entrepreneurship Acceleration Program (REAP), this new product pilot in Leeds is aimed at entrepreneurs from across the Leeds City Region with ideas for socially useful innovations and rapidly scalable business models, and if tendered following this Market Sounding Exercise will be designed in detail in collaboration with the Team Leeds Delivery Group, of which Leeds City Council is a part.
