Tender description

In 2019 Ervia completed a competitive tender process under tender reference 18/224 for the provision of private cloud data centre services and associated services. The contract was awarded to Business Recovery Services Ltd t/a CTI Global. Ervia has an urgent requirement for the continued provision of the services under the original procurement. Ervia intends to award to Business Recovery Services Ltd t/a CTI Global on the basis of the negotiated procedure without prior call for competition pursuant to Article 50(d) of Directive 2014/25/EU. The original scope for this contract included the provision of the following services to Ervia for a term of one year: 1) Hosting. The physical racks in the data centres and the associated elements required within the data centre. 2) Cloud licensing and management. The physical solution components to include CPU, Ram and storage – the hypervisor system which is VMware vSphere – the connectivity required to the internet, the Ervia corporate WAN, the interconnectivity between the data centres, the public IP addressing. 3) Security DDoS and WAF – the perimeter cloud security to include the firewalls, DNY DNS, WAF, dedicated DDoS protection, backup and disaster recovery. This contract expires in June 2020. Ervia intends to enter into a restated agreement with Business Recovery Services Ltd t/a CTI Global to ensure the continuity of these services for reasons of extreme urgency brought about by events unforeseeable and not attributable to the contracting entity and in accordance with the strict conditions stated in the directive.
