CETE075 Annual Engineers Inspection (AEI) Survey

Tender description

The Annual Engineer's Inspection (AEI) survey is the County Council's preferred choice of visual survey of carriageways and footways providing essential data on highway condition to maximise the effectiveness of the Highway Maintenance programmes of work, it identifies maintenance need to inform future programmes, life cycle planning, backlog calculation and asset valuation. Onsite survey work being carried out between 1st April to 15th July each year with a deadline for the provision of the completed and processed survey by 31st July each year to enable appropriate lead-in times to allow production of the forward works programmes and associated approvals. The Technical Engineering support will be available as necessary until the end of the Contract period.
