Tender description

Services comprise the establishment of a multi-supplier framework agreement, in three lots, for the provision of three separate panels: — Legal Advisers, — Experienced Social Work Practitioners, and — Other Relevant Practitioners. Panels are to investigate or review matters arising in the practice of social work, including reviews of social work investigations of allegations of abuse and neglect, investigation of complaints and quality assurance investigations. Panel members may be asked to work jointly to review assessments and reach a finding. Full details of the three panels and the required qualifications of respective panel members is set out in Appendix 1 of this RFT.
