PR19 Interim Cost Assessment - Policy Support for CMA Referrals

Tender description

The key personnel will continue to work on referrals of PR19 final determinations to the CMA, producing high-quality outputs within short time periods, responding to companies' submissions and responding to queries fro the CMA themselves. The key personnel will be working on a secondment basis with OFWAT. As the secondee will be working under the direct supervision of OFWAT personnel and at its premises, their work will not be subject to the Contractor's review or quality procedures. Accordingly the Contractor will have no responsibility for supervising the Secondee's work during the secondment and is not responsible for Secondee's work.
