Tender description

The Birmingham Organising Committee for the 2022 Commonwealth Games is looking for a provider(s) for a Uniform contract that incorporates the following components: • design, style and technical concepts; • manufacturing (including all fabric testing and all aspects of quality control); and • logistics (including warehousing and delivery). For the Games Workforce and Technical Officials at the Commonwealth Games in Birmingham in 2022. Smart casual uniform: this kit will be issued to all the entitled Games Workforce (staff and volunteers) and Technical Officials. This will be the largest distribution of kits totalling over 16 000 individuals. Further details are provided in the scope of works. Business Uniform kit will be issued to approximately 720 Team Officials. Further information is provided in the scope of work. Accessories will be issued to all uniformed individuals, except for suit bags and ties/scarves, which will be issued to technical officials only. Further information is provided in the scope of work.
