Metering and billing providers to operate metering and billing service and provide repairs to all our metering equipment across our schemes and properties we own and/or manage across Inner and Outer London and Hertfordshire. Provision of professional metering and billing service including associated repairs for all of origins meters including the Guru Smart Meters. Metering and billing providers in this lot must have in addition a proven track record of providing metering and billing and associated repairs services on the Guru platform. Potential providers who lacked this experience was not considered in this procurement.
