Tender description

IN Summary, the services required comprise: - Maintenance and support for the AAI's current DocuWare system. We have 15 concurrent licences and are using version 6.1.2. We require the following services: - Upgrade to DocuWare version 7.2. - Upgrade to 20 concurrent users. - Prompt, dedicated, reliable and efficient DocuWare maintenance and support via remote access or on-site. - Maintenance and Support for our Auto index module, Workflow module, Lotus Notes Connector and 3rd party Bespoke archive robot import tool. In the future, we will require: - Development of a module to automatically match associated database entries using an existing fuzzy search - Integration with Sage Accounts - Integration with 3rd party boardroom software package - Provision of a DocuWare test environment licence - Assistance with a move to new office premises in terms of re-connection with DW servers
