Joint Local Plan: Housing and Employment Evidence Update

Newcastle-under-Lyme Borough Council and Stoke-on-Trent City Council (the councils) are seeking the services of a consultant to undertake an update to the housing and employment evidence underpinning their forthcoming Joint Local Plan). This work will be an important element of the councils' evidence base to inform the ongoing preparation of the councils' Joint Local Plan. The evidence update comprises two components: Part A- Housing and Part B- Employment. The first component (Part A- Housing) requires an update of the 2017 Joint Strategic Housing Market Assessment. The second component (Part B- Employment) necessitates an update of the 2015 Joint Employment Land Review. It is essential to comply with the following instructions in the preparation and submission of your quotation. The councils reserve the right to reject a quotation which does not fully comply with these instructions.
