Tender description

Procurement Assist Ltd is seeking service providers to take part in tendering for a place on a 60 month Dynamic Purchasing System for total asset maintenance. The services will be split into two categories, as follows: Category 1: Specialist Services; Category 2: Reactive Maintenance Services. The DPS will be available for use by iFM Bolton and the whole public sector from across the United Kingdom. The DPS initial application period is 30 days but will remain open until 31 May 2025. Applications from service providers can be made at any time during this period. The DPS is intended to be a fast route to market for clients, with clients not needing any further engagement with OJEU procurement processes. Including, but not limited to: a combination of specialist services, such as brickwork, drainage renewal, fencing and gates fabrication and installation, groundworks, roofing, iron monger, plastering, insulation, aids and adaptations, plant hire, skip hire and waste management, plant hire, joinery, electrical, plumbing and decorations. Including, but not limited to: • a reactive maintenance service that encompasses either a managed service or extension to an existing workforce; • reactive maintenance for repair(s) to domestic and commercial dwellings which will cover a complete range of trades. Examples include university halls of residence, hospitals, social housing, local authority public buildings, education establishments (schools) and charity locations (shops).
