Tender description

This procurement is for the provision of cleaning services and window cleaning within the North Somerset and surrounding areas. The services covered by this procurement exercise have been subdivided into three lots. Tenderers may tender for one, several or all lots. This procurement is being undertaken using the restricted procedure of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.It is the intention of the contracting authority to take the top five scoring potential providers at the selection stage will be invited to submit a full tender. NSAH (Alliance Homes) Ltd, trading as Alliance Homes is the parent company of the Alliance Homes Group which comprises of: Alliance Homes (Ventures) Ltd, Alliance Living Care Ltd, Alliance Homes Rented Ltd, Alliance Homes Sales Ltd and Alliance Homes Partnerships Ltd. Any current or future member of the current Alliance Homes group of companies may contract through this procurement. Cleaning to approximately 64 communal areas, 5 site offices and 6 learning and development properties (carpets only), Office cleaning (currently 4 offices), Window cleaning services to approximately 80 properties including sheltered schemes, general needs blocks and offices. Cleaning of approximately 500 void properties per year. Provision of onsite cleaning service for communal and staff areas in a three storey extra care housing scheme consisting of 65 flats.
