Tender description

Provision of a low level, short term supported accommodation service in North Nottinghamshire (Mansfield, Ashfield, Newark & Sherwood and Bassetlaw areas). The contract is for the provision of support only , but that support will be delivered to people living in specific, designated units of accommodation. The Provider is required to support people in a minimum of 62 units of accommodation. The Service will support people aged 18 or over who have a Learning Disability, Mental Health condition, Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or a Physical Disability.
