Tender description

The aim of this tender exercise is to establish a framework to provide professional design and management services to support the delivery of Translink’s programme of capital and maintenance works. Translink’s Property Department is responsible for maintenance and capital projects in respect of all property for Northern Ireland Railways, Ulsterbus, Metro and NITHC. The type of work to be undertaken will include: — NEC project management contract administration, — embedded project management (employer side), — architect design, — BREEAM, — mechanical engineering/electrical engineering design, — civil engineering/structural engineering design, — specialist surveying, — specialist consultancy, — traffic consultancy, — BIM, — integration with railway design services the framework is not a guarantee of any level of business. Rather, it demonstrates an intention to utilise those appointed suppliers to provide services where appropriate.
