Tender description
This contract is to appoint a contractor for the design, supply, installation and maintenance of a new access control system (ACS) incorporating Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR), two stage access verification and ICT web-based permit system at 19 locations in Manchester City Centre, as well as the decommissioning of all existing bollards and associated equipment at 15 locations.
