Tender description

This is a PIN Notice for a demolition and enabling works package for the Opera Site Development. The Opera Site is a 3.7 acre site located in Limerick City between Rutland Street, Patrick Street, Ellen Street, Michael Street and Bank Place. The demolition and enabling works include the following: · Schedule of Condition surveys, traffic and pedestrian management, extensive temporary works for both weathering and temporary support, demolition of buildings and structures, design and construction of new foul and storm water lines, termination of existing services, the design, coordination and construction of a temporary ESB sub-station and site clearance. Proposed Issue date: End of April 2020
